We are an information technology consultancy specialising in and assisting experts, and in creating software solutions, virtual knowledge sharing content and experiences for audiences worldwide. When you use our Products and Services, mobile and online applications or visit our websites, attend our virtual or live events, view our content or advertisements, or contact our customer service, we may collect information from or about you.

Comments and Media
When visitors leave comments on our owned site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images with your comments, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Data Protection
 1080 VMC provides its Products & Services to you by means of website, software, media downloads, and other applications. We collect your information only for the purpose of providing products and services to you (functions designed for each product differs from one another; you should familiarize yourselves with these differences and make your own privacy settings based on your needs and the circumstance), improving your experience of using our Products & Services, facilitating your use of our Products & Services more conveniently, obtaining the information that you need in a faster and more accurate way, and conducting the commercial exploration of big data application, on condition of ensuring legal compliance and protection of privacy.
How We Classify Information
The information we collect may be categorised into the following two types by whether the information subject is identifiable or not with the information:

What we collect and store 
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
• Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
• Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
• Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

We do not store credit/debit card details. However, if you make a purchase of a product from one of the 1080 VMC websites, your details may be stored by one of the third parties used to process your payment, such as PayPal or Stripe for example.
What we share with others
1080 VMC may share your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary to perform the agreement, to support our Products and Service provisions and activities and/or to comply with any statutory obligation. Third parties are suppliers of tools for efficient communications and business operations. The selected third parties help us provide your orders and store services to you; This includes, but may not be limited to, analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds.
Where appropriate, we will conclude a processing agreement with organizations that process your data on our instructions and 1080 VMC will review whether the organization offers adequate privacy guarantees. Organizations within the EEA (the whole of the European Union plus Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) shall comply with the GDPR of 25 May 2018. 1080 VMC also works together with organizations outside the EEA if these follow the GDPR.
Type Of Information Shared

How long we retain your data 
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them. Because the purposes may vary for different types of data in the context of different Products and/or Services, the actual retention periods can fluctuate significantly.
If the processing is based on permission and you withdraw your permission or indicate in any other way that you no longer want to be informed about promotions, sales and deliveries or no longer want to receive newsletters, we will delete your information as quickly as possible.
